Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with strong leadership capabilities and proven expertise in team management, performance evaluation, and project execution. The ideal candidate will have at least 18 months of experience managing teams, along with a deep understanding of KRA/KPI definitions, performance management frameworks, and sales tools.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage cross-functional project teams, ensuring project delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Define KRAs (Key Responsibility Areas) and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) for team members.
- Drive performance management processes including reviews, appraisals, and continuous feedback.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align project goals with organizational objectives.
- Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and outcomes.
- Optimize the use of various sales tools and project management tools to improve efficiency.
- Motivate, mentor, and develop team members to achieve personal and professional growth.

Key Requirements
